    • Is there a cancellation or rescheduling fee?
      We don’t charge for cancellations or reschedules. However, we do urge to cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled time to allow your Service Expert to adjust their schedule.
    • When will I pay?
      You will not be charged in full until the job is complete. However, if your job requires parts, you may be charged for the part upfront.

      You can’t make it? No worries. Feel free to reschedule any booking.

    • Do I have any type of warranty on the service and part?
      Yes, We cover our clients with a 6 months warranty (See Warranty Policy for further details)
    • Is the service or diagnostic fee refundable?
      A Service Fee or Diagnostic Fee are Non-refundable.
    • What is a service fee or diagnostic fee?
      Service or Diagnostic Fee is a fee that is charged to send a technician out to check the problem with the appliance after the appliance has been serviced, the Tech will send you an estimate if needed and determine if it’s fixable or not.
    • Is there an extra charge for Holidays and Weekends?
      We do not increase the rates. Rates will stay the same on Holidays and Weekends.
    • Why is it important for me to answer and be home during my scheduled time?
      QR cannot send a technician out to a home without anyone being there during the appointment window. If for any reason you aren’t able to keep your appointment, we ask that you call us as soon as possible to reschedule for a better time.
    • Will I be charged again if the technician has to return due to a non stocked part?
      Absolutely not!
    • What type of appliances does QR service?
      QR services all types of major home appliances such as Refrigerators, Freezers, Washing Machines, Dryers, Dishwashers, wine coolers, etc.
    • How soon can I schedule an appointment?
      All our clients can schedule an appointment for the same day, at no additional costs.
    • Does QR Home Care provide warranty on installation and repairs?
      Yes, we provide a warranty on installation and repairs. The warranty period depends on the type of work that has been done.
    • How soon can I schedule an appointment?
      Every client can book an appointment same day, we don’t charge you more for emergencies.
