Alberto arrived on time and diagnosed the issue. He was professional, attentive and very patient. I am a renter and needed to reach out to my landlord as this was a compressor and pricy, Alberto had no issue spending extra time talking to the owner and explaining the issues. The part needed to be picked up in Miami, today the owner of the company Jesus came and installed the compressor. Both gentlemen were so beyond professional, knowledgeable, empathetic, and prompt. He was also very sensitive to our needs for a quick fix given the fact that we have two very small children in the house and really needed a functioning refrigerator, and he managed to return within two hours of having come to make the initial visit. He brought along the relevant part, told us that his schedule had been shifted around, went in and fixed the refrigerator!
